Goedken is the acting Drug Court Defense Attorney for the Eighth Judicial District.  He represents all Drug Court clients in Judicial District 8-A, which includes the following counties:  Poweshiek, Mahaska, Keokuk, Wapello, Monroe, Appanoose, and Davis.  Drug Court is an intensive 15 - 18 month prison diversion program.  Drug Court provides continuum of treatment programs and a Judicial team approach to monitoring client progress.

Hobbies

Joseph joined the firm in 2005 and became a Partner in 2009. Outside of practicing law, Joe is a volunteer 5th and 6th grade football coach. He also enjoys golfing and hunting in his free time.
